Youth Hitting Development (13U)

All BioSport hitters start with an athletic assessment. We look at movement quality, athleticism, strength, stability, and swing mechanics. We identify your strengths, weaknesses, and what’s holding you back as an athlete, then formulate a training program fit to your exact needs. You can perform this program with us in The Lab, at home, or any gym you like.

Youth Hitting Training Options

  • Initial Hitting Assessment

    We assess each athlete and paint the complete picture of what’s holding you back. We break down your swing, strike zone tendencies, exit velo, bat speed, attack angle, and develop a plan to build your strengths and attack you weaknesses.

  • Individual Lessons

    Individual time and attention with Hitting Director Alex Miklos. We focus on building the foundations of elite hitters by focusing on mechanics, positional power, bat speed, strength, and pitch selection.

  • Lab Training Memberships

    Monthly memberships give you access 4 days a week to our workouts, warmups, and training programs to be completed daily at BioSport under our direction.

  • Remote Training Programs

    Can’t make it to BioSport to train? We provide customized daily workouts to be completed at home, at school, or any gym. Training programs focus on quality warmups, arm strength, movement quality, explosiveness, and total body strength.
