Total Player Program
Total Player Program (TPP) is designed to develop complete athletes with a balanced mix of skill work and performance training. Each 90-minute session includes:
60 minutes of instructor-led skill development (hitting, pitching, or fielding)
30 minute age-appropriate workout to build strength, speed, and coordination
With a maximum of 4 players per cage and 8 athletes per instructor, every player gets the attention and reps they need to improve their game. TPP reinforces fundamentals and prepares athletes for the transition to a training membership.
Available age groups (10u-12u) & (13u-15u)
Total Player Program will run November - March.
