
Total Player Program
Total Player Program (TPP) is designed to develop complete athletes with a balanced mix of skill work and performance training. Each 90-minute session includes:
60 minutes of instructor-led skill development (hitting, pitching, or fielding)
30 minutes of age-appropriate workouts to build strength, speed, and coordination
With a maximum of 4 players per cage and 8 athletes per instructor, every player gets the attention and reps they need to level up their game. TPP reinforces fundamentals and prepare athletes for the autonomy of membership training.
Available age groups (10u-12u) & (13u-15u)
Program will run October through March.
